The event was organized by Building Chamber of Ukraine with Trade Union of Construction Workers and Building Materials Industry of Ukraine. Representatives of state authorities, heads of building organizations, R&D and engineering institutions and public organizations were invited to take part.
The event was opened by Petro Shyliuk, the President of the Building Chamber of Ukraine, Hero of Ukraine. He offered conditions to improve staffing situation by means of increasing wages and decreasing profit of employers. Then the ways to minimize impacts of labor migration were discussed. Having analyzed the experience of Poland the creation of appropriate working conditions, enhancement of social guarantees and increase of salaries in building sphere were suggested.
Holding of such events with participation of all representatives of the industry is an important step to improve staffing situation on building market.
